Intrinsically safe remote control for bulk fuel delivery trucks allows complete hose-end control.

Remotely open internal valves, engage cargo pump & pto, adjust engine RPM and unwind/rewind hose reel. BASE systems increase pump life by eliminating by-pass heat buildup and reduce fatigue by remotely unwinding and rewinding delivery hose. Emergency stop feature closes all valves and stops pump & engine instantly.

Units are shipped complete and pre-tested with quick connect wiring and airline fittings, complete installaion guide & schematics are included as well as 1-800 24/7 lifetime factory support.

Systems are available for all truck types and work with existing manual, pneumatic, or electrical controls. Components are military grade and housed in weatherproof enclosures for years of trouble free service.

Handheld Meter Display and Remote Control for Trucks

SYSTEM OVERVIEW A dual purpose remote control that allows the operator to manage the truck's meter and pumping operations in "real time" from up to 300 feet away. A compact digital display shows the exact meter reading in 1/10 gallon accuracy while allowing simultaneous hose end control of the truck's cargo pump(s), hose reel(s), engine RPM, and emergency stop systems. Extends cargo pump life by eliminating need to operate in "bypass" when nozzle is not open. Available with up to four control buttons for truck operations. FCC approved system meets DOT requirements for "off truck" remote controls as stated in RSPA HM225-A.
