The Regional Sales Managers' primary purpose will be promoting and increasing the proliferation of BASE Engineering products. This position will work directly with our end customers and also support our distribution network; assuring the successful integration of BASE Engineering systems within their organization. The individual will report directly to BASE's VP of Sales and Marketing and interface closely with Inside Sales, Deployment Engineering and other Field Sales team members. Sales Responsibility and territory will be based on the candidates location and experience.
Attain and surpass sales forecasts
Act as main customer point person, for both end users and channel partners
Identify opportunities, provide effective sales presentations, execute accurate quotations
Attend and participate in trade shows, industry conferences and customer events
Assist with the training of our distribution network, and end users
Travelling to customer sites to assist with the installation, set-up, activation and system utilization training as needed
Timely reporting as deemed necessary by the direct supervisor, including but not limited to business expenses, field intelligence, distributor maintenance, etc.
