Q: Where do I find warranty information?

A: Warranty information can be found towards the end of the user manuals supplied with your system.


Q: How do I know what type of receiver I have?

A: The type of receiver you have, as well as the radio type, will be indicated on top of the receiver. Possible combinations include ASKA, ASKG, and DSSA among others.


Q: What do I do if I lose my handheld?

A: Contact BASE for a replacement handheld. The handheld will come with instructions to help you pair it with your existing receiver.


Q: How do I contact a specific person at BASE?
